Before we meet live, you’ll begin with the three pre-recorded video teachings. These videos are meant to be watched first, at your own pace, so you have context, language, and grounding tools in place before our live sessions. They’ll help you feel oriented and supported as you notice what’s already unfolding.

We’ll meet for two live calls focused on integration. These sessions are a space to slow things down, bring clarity to your real-life experiences, and work with them in a way that feels steady, embodied, and practical. Rather than pushing for more activation, we’ll focus on grounding, discernment, and how expanded awareness fits into your daily life.
